Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.12.2020 and pass orders after giving affordable opportunities to all the parties concern as expeditiously as possible within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

W.P.(MD) No.9681 of 2021 5.Considering the limited scope of the prayer as sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.10.2020 and pass appropriate orders after giving sufficient opportunity to all the parties concern, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
