[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking a direction to the respondents to secure her daughter, namely, Aparna, aged about 20 years, produce her before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is withdrawing this habeas corpus petition, since the detenue has been traced and handed over with her parents and to that effect, he has also made an endorsement

3. In view of the endorsement so made, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
