Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records relating to the impugned order passed in Na.Ka.No.1055/2015/L dated 27.04.2015 by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to issue community certificate to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by V.M.VELUMANI,J.) According to the petitioner, he belongs to Malaivedan community. The petitioner submitted representation for issuance of community certificate to his children. The second respondent by proceedings dated 27.04.2015 rejected the said representation. Aggrieved over the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.Mr.M.Alagadevan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that there is an appeal remedy available to the petitioner against the rejection order passed by the second respondent.

3.In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the appellate authority for proper remedy. No costs.
