Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 4th respondent for wasting the public money of Rs.50 Lakhs and direct the respondents to construct a new building for the 4th respondent by using the allotted amount of Rs.50 Lakhs as per the communication of the 4th respondent dated 19.05.2015 based on the petitioners representation dated 28.07.2015. ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking to forbear the fourth respondent for wasting public money of Rs.50 Lakhs and direct the respondents to construct a new building for the fourth respondent by using the allotted amount of Rs.50 Lakhs as per https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ communication of the fourth respondent dated 19.05.2015.
2.The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted as such. It is for the competent authority to decide when and where such building should be constructed. Therefore, the writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. However, the competent authority shall consider the objection, if there is any substance. No costs. Consequently, M.P (MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
