O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Cr.No.101 of 2019.

2. Now, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that pending disposal of this petition, the Investigating Officer has completed the investigation and filed final report, wherein, it is found that there is no material to prosecute the third petitioner herein, who is shown as 4th accused in the complaint, whereas, being satisfied with the prima https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.6270 of 2019 facie material available in the course of investigation, final report has been filed against the petitioners 1 & 2, who are accused Nos. 2 & 3 and yet another accused, who is not before this Court.

3. Taking note of the subsequent development after filing this criminal original petition, it is suffice to direct the trial Court to take the final report on file and serve copy to the accused persons. If the petitioners are aggrieved, they can work out their remedy in accordance with law before framing of charge or at subsequent stage.

4. With this observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
