PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 498(A) of IPC, in Crime No. Not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners in-laws of the defacto complainant and her husband who was an employee in abroad. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners filed an undertaking affidavit stating that the petitioners said to have pledged the jewels of the defacto complainant for family expenses and now, they are ready to redeem the jewels within a period of six months. Hence, he seek anticipatory bail.

5. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners before the respondent police.

6. Considering the rival submissions, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police and file to undertaking affidavit before the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to close the enquiry. 7.Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
