ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and act in accordance with law in view of the representation, dated 20.03.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,06.08.2024), the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that at the time of election, since the petitioner is history sheeter, they have issued summons directing him to appear for enquiry, but he has not turned up, instead he has filed this present petition. He would further submit that subsequent to the election, they have not summoned directing him to appear and hence, the question of harassment does not arise.
