ORDER
The only reason assigned by the first respondent herein for not processing the petitioner's application seeking for Educational Loan is that the petitioner is residing at Thiruppathur, Sivagangai District, as per the Educational Loan Application submitted by the petitioner.
2.Today when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequently, the petitioner had shifted his residence to 5A, Reynolds Road, Parsn Bridge Apartment, G.F.B2, Anandam Avenue, Cantonment, Trichy and that the petitioner's daughter is also studying in TRP Engineering College, Trichy. The Adhaar ID Card as well as the Engineering College ID Card of the petitioner's daughter also evidences that they are residing at Cantonment, Trichy. The petitioner's Gas Consumer Passbook also shows that his residence is in Trichy. In this connection, the petitioner has also given an application, dated 24.05.2018 to the second respondent herein seeking for Educational Loan stating that his residence is in Cantonment, Trichy. As such, it would be appropriate for the respondent to consider the petitioner's application favourably.
