When the matter is taken up for hearing today (24.04.2025), the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo, along with a copy of the online status of the case in H.M.O.P.No.116 of 2024, before this Court stating that the respondent had filed a memo before the trial Court for Page No 1 of 3

not pressing his petition in H.M.O.P.No.116 of 2024 and the same was recorded and the case in H.M.O.P.No.116 of 2024 was dismissed as not pressed on 08.04.2025 itself.

2. The online status of the case in H.M.O.P.No.116 of 2024 reads as follows :

"Memo filed and recorded Petitioner filed memo that not pressed this HMOP Hence this HMOP is dismissed as not pressed."

3. The said memo is recorded. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present petition. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs.
