IV (FAC), Thoothukudi in Letter in D.No.115/2023 dt:09/02/2023 seeking five months time to dispose the case, this Court made the following order: This Court, vide order dated 11.07.2022, directed the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi to expedite the trial process in C.C.No.146 of 2020 and complete the same within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV (FAC), Thoothukudi has submitted a requisition letter dated 09.02.2023, stating that the charges were framed on 01.12.2022 and summons were ordered to be issued for the witnesses viz., L.Ws.1 to 5 and that he is holding https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.6281 of 2019 the full additional charge of the Court of Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Thoothukudi. Hence, she seeks five months time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.146 of 2020.

3. Considering the above reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant time. Accordingly, time is granted for a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order of this Court, dated 11.07.2022.
