2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV (FAC), Thoothukudi has submitted a requisition letter dated 09.02.2023, stating that the charges were framed on 01.12.2022 and summons were ordered to be issued for the witnesses viz., L.Ws.1 to 5 and that he is holding https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Accordingly, time is granted for a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order of this Court, dated 11.07.2022.
