O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute pending in O.S.No.13 of 2024 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu and harass the petitioner and his family in the guise of any complaint from the third respondent.

2. Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent police called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the same was closed and they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner, the second respondent police also denied the alleged harassment and also the complaint lodged by the third respondent was closed, after conducting enquiry, nothing survives for further adjudication.
