O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's compliant, dated 19.02.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, she has lodged a complaint against her son and daughter in-law on 19.02.2025 for the fraudulent acts committed by them including withdrawal of her husband's funds during the period from 2010 to 2022, registration of lands and obtained false legal-heir certificate, but the same has not been considered. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner lodged a complaint against her son and daughter-in-law, thereafter, not co-operating for enquiry. Already she has lodged a complaint before the District Collector and the same is pending and a civil suit is also pending between the parties. While so, the petitioner is not co-operating for enquiry. However, on appearance of the petitioner, they will complete the enquiry within a period of one week.

4.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner and recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the third respondent on 05.04.2025, thereafter, directs the third respondent to take appropriate action based on the complaint of the petitioner within a period of one week.

5.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
