ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 21(1) of Mines & Minerals (Development & Regulation Act) r/w 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.1127 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side).

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner was arrested and investigation is pending in this case. The said submission is recorded.
