PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents to register the case on the strength of the complaint given by the petitioner on 28.05.2018 and to investigate the same and file a final report in accordance with law.

ORDER

According to the petitioner, he made a complaint before the respondent police to take action against the proposed accused alleging that the proposed accused had demanded exorbitant interest from the petitioner. But, no action has been taken on the complaint of the petitioner. Hence, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and the same was closed, based on the statement given by the petitioner stating that he can approach the concerned civil Court to work out his remedy. Therefore, no further action is required in the Criminal Original Petition.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
