To set aside the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.11/2009 on the file of Additional Subordinate Court, Dindigul dated 20.12.2017 confirming the judgment and decree dated 13.03.2007 in O.S.No.609/2020, on the file of the Principal District Munsif and Judicial Dindigul, by allowing this Second Appeal. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.PONNIAH, Advocate for the petitioners, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 619 days in payment of deficit Court fee of Rs.4,875/-.
