ORDER

According to the petitioner, the de-facto complainant is the daughter-in-law of the petitioner. She made a complaint before the second respondent police and based on which, the petitioner was harassed at the hands of the respondent police. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Criminal Original Petition. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has also given a statement before the respondent police, stating that the petitioner's son is residing in foreign Country and he will return back to India within six months.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry. 4.Recording the submission and undertaking of both the parties, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
