This petition has been filed to set aside he return order dated 20.12.2022 passed in C.D.O.P.No.43 of 2017.

2.The case is disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case by directing the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Thanjavur, to dispose CDOP.No.43 of 2017 on merits in accordance with law. In case, if it is the view of the Forum that the claim is beyond pecuniary jurisdiction of the Forum, the Forum may pass an order of relief.

3.Considering the fact that the complaint is of the year 2017 and almost 8 years were lapsed. The District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Thanjavur, is directed to dispose the complaint within a period of 3 months from the date of a receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
