ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent police to file the final report in connection with Cr.No. 01 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. 2.Even though the third respondent has been served, none appears on behalf of him. His name was also printed in the cause list. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that now the matter has been referred to the Social Welfare Department for Conciliation process. Awaiting Social Welfare Officer's Report, the above said enquiry is kept pending.

3.Let the above said enquiry be completed by the concerned Social Welfare Officer, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
