ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the auction notice issued by the second respondent on 18.03.2022 in respect of Serial No.4.

2.A perusal of the auction notice reveals that the period covered thereunder was up to 31.03.2023.

3.Considering the fact that the said tenure has expired and a fresh auction was conducted on 11.04.2025 covering the period from 12.04.2025 to 31.03.2026, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
