This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' on the letter received from the learned 2nd Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil seeking extension of three months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.74 of 2012.

2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned 2nd Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned 2nd Additional District Munsif, Nagercoil, by three months and accordingly, it is extended by three months from the date of receipt of communication of this order from the Registry.
