This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 20.10.2014.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has submitted representation for issuance of patta in his name to the property comprised in S.No.650/2A along with necessary documents. Since no order has been passed so far, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
