ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to expeditiously complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.151 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that if three months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent Police before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

4. In view of the above, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
