O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.675 of 2013 on the file of the 2nd respondent police within a time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the 2nd respondent requires two months time to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.675 of 2013.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.675 of 2013 and to file final report before the Court concerned within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
