ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expeditiously complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.126 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime NO.126 of 2013 is completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate IV, Madurai on 09.07.2015.

4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
