Respondents/Plaintiffs Prayer: The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Principal District Munsif, Manapparai to expedite the proceedings of O.S.No.7 of 2008 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Manapparai and to dispose of the same within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioners have filed this revision petition seeking speedy disposal of the case in O.S.No.7 of 2008 pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Manapparai.

2. On perusal of the 'B diary' maintained by the trail Court, which is produced along with the revision reveals the fact that issues were framed on 13.03.2008 and from that date onwards, the matter is pending for trail and a memo was recorded on 02.02.2012, stating that the plaintiff died and second defendant attained majority and subsequently, steps were taken and amendment was also carried out and pending for additional written statement of D1 to D3 and the case is posted to 28.02.2017.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances and also the case is pending from 2008 onwards, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District Munsif, Manapparai to expedite the trail proceedings of O.S.No.7 of 2008 pending on its file and dispose of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
