2. The petitioner is dissatisfied with the quantum of compensation fixed by the competent authority. The petitioner contended that there is some arithmetical error in the computation. The learned Standing counsel submitted that the calculation has been correctly made. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, remedy is open to the petitioner to move the arbitrator / District Collector under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act 1956. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of.

3. The petitioner's counsel states that the petitioner will move the arbitrator within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such an appeal is filed before the arbitrator within the period stipulated above, it shall be entertained without reference to limitation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
