ORDER
This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police to secure A-6 in connection with a case in Crime No.31 of 2016.
2.The learned Government Advocate would submit that a final report was already filed and the case was committed to the Principal District Court, Theni and A-1 to A-5 are facing trial. Insofar as A6 is concerned, he continues to be absconding and the case has already been split up and the case is at the stage of trial. 3.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and the same is dismissed.
