ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.73 of 2015 dated 17.02.2015 on the file of the respondent police and file a final report within a time stipulated as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. A perusal of the F.I.R would go to show that it was registered on 17.02.2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 488, 408 and 420 I.P.C.

4. Going by the nature of the allegations and the number of accused involved in this case, this Court is of the view that it will take some time to complete the investigation by the second respondent. Hence, the criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to expedite the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation, in Crime No.73 of 2015 and file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court, as expeditiously as possible.
