Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the Order dated 03/10/2016 passed in IA.No.88 of 2016 in OS.No.31 of 2014 on the file of the 3rd Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli.

ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, vide the letter in D.No.3141/2018 dated 07.12.2018 and none appeared for the petitioner, this Court made the following order:- By order dated 28.04.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of O.S.Nos.69/12 & 31/14, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.31211/2018 dated 07.12.2018, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further two months time to comply with the order dated 28.04.2018 made in this revision.

3. There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.

4. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, two months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 28.04.2018.
