PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused person on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 16.05.2018.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused person based on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 16.05.2018.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and the same was closed with an advise to both the parties that they can approach the concerned civil Court, seeking their remedy.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the concerned civil Court to work out her remedy.
4.In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is for the petitioner to approach the concerned civil Court to work out her remedy, if she so advised.
