ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. It could be seen from the records that the fourth respondent has entered into sale agreement with the fifth respondent for purchasing the property and there is a dispute between the respondents 4 and 5. The petitioner has no connection whatsoever with the said transaction. Merely because, the fourth respondent is working as a maid servant in the house of the petitioner, the petitioner is being called for an enquiry.

3. Considering the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the respondent police not to call the petitioner for any further enquiry. 2/4

4. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
