Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for R1 and Mr.R.VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for R2, the court made the following order:- Based on the complaint given by the Selvam City Residential Welfare Associates, the Sub Collector, Thoothukudi, has passed Order Under Section 133 of Cr.P.C. Challenging that order Mr.Andrews Masilamani, Proprietor of Selvam Saw Mill, has preferred the Revision petition. Since the complainant Associates not been impleaded as a party, the application in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4479 of 2018 has been filed.

2.Since the Associates is a necessary party, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed. Registry is directed to incorporate the name of the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.4479 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2018 as one of the respondent in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.271 of 2018 and connected criminal miscellaneous petition Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3756 of 2018.
