ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st Respondent herein to direct the 2nd and 3rd Respondents herein not to harass the petitioner and her family members on the guise of enquiry and for other reliefs on the basis of the petitioner's Representation dated 15.03.2023.

2. It appears that the fourth respondent made steps to survey the property, since the trouble has arisen between the parties over the above said land.

3. On the basis of the above said development, the complaint that was given by the fourth respondent was closed. 2/5

4. In view of the above said development, there is no question of harrasment. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter.

5. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
