ORDER
The petitioners with an allegation that the second and third respondents are harassing them under the guise of an enquiry have approached this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that based on the Intelligence Report, the movements of the petitioners have been monitored. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also forwarded the Intelligence Report, which was received by the Police authorities, as against the petitioners and few others. Further, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that as on date they have not registered any case, however, the petitioners herein are under surveillance.
