ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner applied for allotment of a tenement in the housing complex developed by the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board. The petitioner has given an application on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.8792 of 2022 27.12.2021. The third respondent by the impugned communication dated 28.03.2022 called upon the petitioner to submit certain documents so that her case can be considered. It appears that the petitioner has not at all responded to the impugned communication. The petitioner claims that she approached the Collector and placed the documents. There is no proof for the same. In any event, the impugned communication does not call for any interference because it only calls upon the petitioner to submit certain documents. The learned standing counsel for the Board also states that the entire allotment process has already been completed. Therefore, no relief can be granted in this writ petition and it stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (AE) // True Copy // /06/2022 Sub Assistant Registrar(CS) ias To:
