ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to transfer the complaint dated 02.03.2023 from the second respondent to the third respondent and conduct further investigation in accordance with law within a stipulated period. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's complaint has been forwarded to the superintendent of police and the same is kept pending for consideration. Hence, he seeks one month time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
