Respondent PRAYER: The Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Family Court, Tirunelveli to allow the copy applications of the petitioners in C.A.No.734 and 735 of 2017 and furnish the judgment and decree in H.M.O.P.NO.263 of 2016 along with the petition marked exhibits of the parties and their depositions.

O R D E R

This Civil Revision petition is filed against the rejection order passed by the Family Court, Tirunelveli in C.A.Nos.734 and 735 of 2017 in H.M.O.P.No.263 of 2016 for furnishing the copy of the documents, depositions of both parties and also fair and decretal order passed on 25.01.2017.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners is present and submitted that the petitioners are entitled to get certified copies of documents marked and judgment pronounced by the Trail Court in H.M.O.P.No.263 of 2016.

3.On perusal of the applications in C.A.Nos.734 and 735 of 2017 no reason was assigned for dismissing the same. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to set aside of the order passed in C.A.Nos.734 and 735 of 2017 in H.M.O.P.No.263 of 2016 for furnishing certified copies of exhibits, depositions and also judgment and decree in H.M.O.P.No.263 of 2016.

2017 is set aside and the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Family Court, Tirunelveli to issue certified copies of Exs.P.1 to P.12 and Exs.R1 to R23 and depositions of P.W.1, R.W.1 and R.W.2 and also fair and decretal order passed in H.M.O.P.No.263 of 2016 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
