ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, directing the second respondent not to harass the petitioner against law. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the de-facto complainant is pending before the second respondent police. If the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry, the same shall be concluded, within a period that may be fixed by this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertaks that the petitioner will co-operate with the enquiry. 4.In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
