Side) (In all cases) COMMON ORDER This petition has been filed seeking order to set aside the return orders, dated 02.11.2018, in the surety memo complying the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.10240 to 10242 of 2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti and direct him to accept the surety memo filed therein.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. Perusal of records shows that the petitioner filed a petition under Section 451 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court seeking return of money. The same came to be returned by the trial Court with an endorsement that Solvency papers containing Tahsildar endorsement must be produced. To set aside the above said endorsements these batch of petitions have been filed. This matter is of the year 2018. Hence, cause of action would not have survived by this time.
