ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to issue a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif (Rent Authority), Madurai Town, Madurai, to dispose of I.A.No.292 of 2017 in R.C.O.P.No.295 of 2013 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Considering the fact that the petition for eviction was filed in the year 2013 on the ground of wilful default and the present application filed in I.A.No.292 of 2017 in R.C.O.P.No.295 of 2013, is only filed under Section 11(4) of the Tamil Nadu (Buildings Lease and Rent Control) Act, it will be appropriate to direct the lower Court to dispose of the proceedings initiated under Section 11(4) of the Act within a reasonable time.

3.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned Additional District Munsif (Rent Authority), Madurai Town, Madurai, is directed to expedite the proceedings in I.A.No.292 of 2017 in R.C.O.P.No.295 of 2013 and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
