of the suit in O.S.No.122 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Srivaikuntam.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 2 to 5 in anyway interfering with the civil dispute in respect of the properties comprised in Survey Nos.344, 345, 346/3, 347/2B, 348 and 349/1 at Palayakayal Village, Srivaikuntam Taluk, Tuticorin District, which are the subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.122 of 2013, pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Srivaikuntam. 2.The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that civil suits are pending consideration before the competent civil Court with regard to the property in question. 3.In view of the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the parties to seek appropriate legal remedy, after disposal of the civil suit. No costs. Consequently, MP (MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
