This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the First Information Report pending against them in Crime No.577 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent herein.

2. When the Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing in the earlier occasions, ie., on 26.02.2019 & 11.03.2019, there was no representation for the petitioners and therefore, the case was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
