ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking orders to quash the case in Crime No.12 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police .

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the charge sheet has already been laid and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.232 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram. CRL.O.P.(MD).No.6368 of 2019 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 30.11.2021, there was no representation for the petitioners. Even today (21.12.2021), there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
