This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the civil dispute. 2.Today, when the petition came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that in earlier, based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, the third respondent herein initiated enquiry in C.S.R.No.63 of 2020 and after completing the enquiry, the same has been closed on 08.07.2020 as the dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent is civil in nature.
