ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to set aside R.C.Notice No.31 of 2015 dated 25.11.2015 on the file of the second respondent and to conduct further investigation in Crime No.430 of 2015.

2.Heard Mr.R.Ramachandran, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.

3.The petitioner earlier gave a complaint and the same was registered in Crime No.430 of 2015. After conducting enquiry, the same was closed and RC notice was also served on the petitioner. Challenging the said R.C.Notice, the present petition is filed by the petitioner.

4.If the petitioner is really aggrieved by the closure report, the only remedy is to file a protest petition before the concerned Judicial Magistrate. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy as per law.
