This petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.13 of 2019, on the file of the first respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that investigation has been completed and Final Report is also presented before the concerned Court on 14.01.2023, but so far not taken on file. 3.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, this petition has become infructuous. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
