This petition is field seeking to set aside the impugned committal order dated 11.08.2015 made in P.R.C.No.4 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai and for consequential direction to the learned Assistant Sessions Judge/Sub Judge, Sivagangai to remand back the case in S.C.No.146 of 2015 on the file fo the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Sivagangai for fresh adjudication.
