ORDER

The above civil revision petition is preferred by the petitioner for early disposal of the case in DVC No.12 of 2021, on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli,

According to the revision petitioner, since there is no Presiding Officer for the concerned Court for the past several months, there is no progress in the case, by which, the respondents are taking advantage of the delay. Therefore, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the Presiding Officer, who is acting as in charge for the concerned Court to decide the case on merits. It is further submitted that unless a specific direction for the Officer-in-charge to dispose of the case of the petitioner, it would not be taken for final disposal.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this revision petition, notice to other side is deemed unnecessary. Heard the learned

counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Presiding Officer (In-Charge) for the Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirapalli, to dispose of the case in DVC No.12 of 2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without any unnecessary delay.
