Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.THIRUVARUTSELVAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.S.PRABHA Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- On a reading of the impugned order passed by the Court below granting anticipatory bail to the respondent/accused, this Court does not find any serious infirmity therein. If the accused had failed to furnish sureties as ordered by the Court below within the stipulated time, it is open for the respondent police to take appropriate action.

2. In view of the same, this petition is dismissed as devoid of merits.
