RESPONDENT/ DEFACTO COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner/accused no.1 in Crl.OP(MD)No.6291 of 2020, dated 17.06.2020 that he has to appear before the Respondent police daily at 5.00 PM untill further order. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.HAJA MOHIDEEN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly without fail.
